Terms of Service for VPS Server UAE

Our Services

VPS Server UAE provides KVM virtual servers, Windows RDP servers, dedicated servers, and domain registration, with servers located in a Tier III facility in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Specifications and prices are those shown on each product page and confirmed at checkout. Dedicated servers are partially managed; on VPS and RDP services you hold full administrative access and are responsible for the software and data you place on them.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services lawfully and responsibly. You must not use them to send unsolicited bulk email, distribute malware, attack or scan other networks without permission, host content that infringes the rights of others, or engage in any activity prohibited by applicable law. We may suspend a service that is causing harm to our network, to other customers or to third parties, and we will normally contact you through a ticket when we do.

Billing and Payment

Services are billed in advance for the selected period. RDP servers may be billed monthly or prepaid for up to 24 months. Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, bank transfer or cryptocurrency. Unpaid invoices may lead to suspension and, after a further period, termination of the service. Domain pricing is shown at checkout or provided on request.

Cancellation

You may cancel a service at any time by submitting a cancellation request from the client area, either immediately or at the end of the current billing period. Please retrieve all data before the service ends, because data on cancelled or terminated servers cannot be recovered. Domain registrations follow the rules of the relevant registry.

Backups

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of all data stored on your services, including copies kept away from the server. We recommend regular backups and periodic restore tests. Unless a backup service is explicitly included in your order, we cannot guarantee the recovery of lost data.

Limitation of Liability

We work to keep our services available and secure, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, revenue or data, arising from the use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service during the period concerned.

Privacy and Cookies

We use the information you provide to deliver services, process payments and respond to support requests, and we do not sell it. On this website, your theme choice and cookie preference are stored in your browser. Essential cookies are always on because the site needs them to function. Optional analytics cookies are set only if you choose Accept All Cookies in the cookie banner; selecting Essential Only keeps them switched off.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements.
